Privacy Policy

This page explains what information PartnerinAI collects when you read the site, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

PartnerinAI is an online publication covering artificial intelligence news, research and tools. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site and how it is used.

2. Information we collect

You can read PartnerinAI without creating an account. The site has no public sign-up, comment or payment features, so we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details in order to read it.

We collect or receive the following:

  • Usage data collected through Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location (country or city level), and your device and browser type.
  • Standard technical data that web servers receive with every request, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
  • Anything you choose to send us by email, such as a story tip or correction, together with your email address.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used. These cookies do not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser opt-out add-on. The site remains readable with cookies disabled.

4. Third-party services

The site relies on a small number of outside services. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics (and Google Tag Manager, where enabled), for audience measurement.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • Social networks and messaging services (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and Reddit), only if you click a share link on an article. We do not load their tracking scripts on our pages.

The “Listen” feature on articles uses the speech function built into your own browser. We do not record or receive any audio.

5. How we use information

  • To understand which articles and topics readers find useful, and to improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and working, including diagnosing technical problems.
  • To reply to messages you send us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

6. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers described above, who process it on our behalf, or where we are required to do so by law.

7. Retention

Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for as long as it is useful for understanding readership. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

PartnerinAI is written for a general professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Links to other sites

Articles link to external websites that we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
